3.3. We do not ship until payment is successfully received and cleared.

4.3. Engraving4U is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once items leave our facility.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personalized or engraved items unless they are defective or damaged.
5.2. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
5.3. Refunds for approved claims will be processed using the original payment method.
